Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of My Pet Defender. By using the app, website, account features, pet creation tools, purchases, or support channels, you agree to these terms.

1. About My Pet Defender

My Pet Defender is a premium mobile arcade game where players can turn pet photos into in-game defenders, play arcade battles, save progress, and access optional cloud, gift, petcoin, and subscription features.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the app under the laws of your region. If you are under the age of legal consent, you may use the app only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian where required.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for your account and credentials.
• You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• You may not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

4. Pet photos and user content

You may upload pet photos and create pet defender profiles. You confirm that you have the right to use any content you upload. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, explicit, or inappropriate content.

5. License to operate the service

By adding content to My Pet Defender, you give us the limited permission needed to process, display, store, sync, and transform that content so the app can provide its features. You keep your rights to your content.

6. Paid app, petcoins, and subscriptions

My Pet Defender may include paid downloads, consumable petcoin packs, premium features, and optional subscriptions such as Defender Club or family-related plans.

• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Petcoins are consumable digital items used inside the app and have no cash value.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal through your Apple or Google account settings.
• Pricing, availability, benefits, and product names may change over time.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Family memberships, child accounts, and parental controls

Defender Club Family may allow a parent or guardian to create and manage separate child accounts. The parent account holder is responsible for linked child accounts, family permissions, subscription management, and appropriate supervision.

Child accounts may have limited access to account management features and cannot independently manage subscriptions, family membership settings, or parental controls.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use My Pet Defender to harass others, abuse the service, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with servers, exploit bugs, commit fraud, bypass payment systems, or violate applicable law.

9. App availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We try to keep the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, permanent availability of all features, or compatibility with every device.

10. Third-party services

The app may rely on third-party services such as Apple, Google, hosting providers, image processing providers, analytics, diagnostics, and support tools. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

11. Privacy

Your use of My Pet Defender is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if abuse or fraud is detected, or if needed to protect the app, users, or service providers.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Pet Defender is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised version.
