This Privacy Policy explains how My Pet Defender collects, uses, and protects information when you use the app, website, account features, pet creation tools, purchases, subscriptions, family features, gifting features, and support channels.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use My Pet Defender, we may collect:

• account information, such as login details, display name, email address, and authentication identifiers,
• pet-related content you choose to add, including pet photos, generated pet images, pet names, selected styles, eye positions, and saved defender profiles,
• game progress, such as high scores, battle history, selected defenders, gifts, petcoin balance, and cloud sync data,
• family feature information, such as parent and child account relationships, family access status, and family-related settings,
• purchase and subscription status information provided by Apple App Store or Google Play,
• technical information, such as device type, app version, operating system, diagnostics, and basic server logs,
• messages you send to us through support or help channels.

2. Pet photos and generated images

Pet photos selected by users may be uploaded to our servers and processed using automated image-processing technologies to create personalized in-game pet defenders.

Associated metadata, such as pet names, selected styles, eye positions, and generated images, may also be stored.

If cloud storage features are enabled, pet photos, generated pet defenders, and related metadata may be stored so users can restore and access their defenders across devices. Users should only upload photos they own or have permission to use.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• run the game and personalize your pet defender experience,
• create, save, restore, and sync pet defenders,
• process petcoins, premium features, gifts, and subscription status,
• provide Defender Club Family features, including parent-managed child accounts where available,
• maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues,
• respond to support requests,
• improve gameplay, reliability, and user experience.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase identifiers, product identifiers, receipt data, subscription status, and related validation information needed to unlock paid features and maintain your account.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information.

My Pet Defender includes optional gifting features that allow users to send pet defenders to other users. When a user voluntarily sends a pet defender as a gift, the pet defender and associated information necessary for the gifting feature become available to the selected recipient.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the app, including hosting, image processing, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, and payment validation services, only when reasonably necessary to provide the service.

6. Children and family use

My Pet Defender is designed to be family-friendly and may be used by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary to provide the app's functionality.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to review their child's use of the app and supervise any sharing, gifting, pet creation, or cloud-storage features.

7. Child accounts and parental controls

My Pet Defender may include optional family features through Defender Club Family. A parent or guardian may create and manage child accounts, supervise family access, and control family-related settings.

Child accounts are designed with limited account-management capabilities. Children cannot independently purchase subscriptions, manage family settings, or administer family accounts.

8. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, restore cloud pets, process purchases, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices

You may manage pets, account details, purchases, and permissions through the app or your device settings.

11. International use
